This is a nightmare. I have had nothing but stress with this company. I purchased insurance through this company for a home loan. In which I overpaid. They sent that over payment back to me in a check that they sent out sept 14, 2017. Take note that i still don't own the house and it is currently oct 9, 2017 with no check yet. I reached out to them to find out why and they did "research" and found out that they sent the check to the house that i am purchasing and do not own yet. I ended up having to switch banks who required more insurance than they offered. I had asked them to cancel the insurance since I need to switch insurances. But they are refusing to cancel the insurance until i have another insurance in place. I DO NOT OWN THE HOUSE AND THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON THEY CAN'T CANCEL. This is truly a night mare since i am out a lot of money, money i need to use for my home loan. They were professional until i purchased their insurance and after i asked for a cancel they didn't give me any mind to how they treated me as a customer.
I really enjoyed the notary training that was given by Denise McCabe. She was very informative and was very thorough in explaining the different aspects of being a notary. She provided good information on how to cover ourselves as notaries so that we do not make a mistake. I felt everything I needed to know was provided and she still offered us help, if we ever need it, by contacting her with any questions we may have.
