Very friendly and inexpensive insurance!
Definitely wouldn't recommend. Their incompetency caused my girlfriend's license to get suspended and they wouldn't accept responsibility. Claimed the dmv told them my girlfriend doesn't need sr22 when she obviously did. Caused us both to lose a days pay and we got double billed from insurance she doesn't even have.
The staff is so personable and friendly. I've gotten my insurance through them for 10+ years and have referred my whole family.
Cathy is phenomenal. I have been using Ellis Insurance for over 10 years. Wouldn't go else where if you paid me. Cheapest insurance in the county but the service is still amazing!
