Avoid this "for-profit" hospital at all costs. In fact, avoid any American hospital at all costs (go to urgent care if you can help it). They will attempt to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. I was bleeding and needed 4 stitches. A quick in-and-out visit to the ER for this simple procedure racked up a bill of just under $6,000! AFTER insurance, I still owed these greedy degenerates $530! FOR 4 STITCHES! If I went to urgent care completely uninsured I would have paid a couple hundred dollars less than that. How can these people sleep at night? What if I was poor?! Would they just expect me to go bankrupt over a small 4-stitch wound? How is this legal? I am truly disgusted by this place.
The wait is occasionally a bit long but good doctors take their time when patients need it. It is well worth the time. Staff is generally very friendly, helpful and kind.

Most heartless, rude, and disrespecting ER doctor and staff on duty last evening at 11:00pm. If were not for the kindness of the nurse and the compassion of the security guard, I would have gone to jail. I have never been so angry in my entire life at the way I was treated while trying to see my daughter in the ER.

Horrible!! They man handled my mom and were rude and condescending. The registration lady Lisa and the x ray tech were very friendly. The charge nurse was very rough and had no patience. I recommend the campus off of west bay they are very friendly and gentle.
