This place really sucks. Took excessively long to get test results back and they still did not mail or text the results like requested. It's been over a month since testing and still no results. We have since moved away and can no longer come in to get the test results. All we asked is to change the address to where the results form would supposedly be sent(although if I'm being honest I don't think they send anything). We were told we would receive a text by the 20 of June no later. Here we are still with no results. Everyone you talk to on the phone is extremely rude, impatient and unaccomodating. All we want is the test results which we have waited over a month for. They won't even let the doctors office near us request the test results. USELESS health department that makes it impossible to get anything done. Extremely slow paced and unmotivated! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

I almost never feel the need to go out of my way to give a negative review anywhere. This was the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in a medical establishment. I spent an hour waiting for school immunizations for my son.... during that time I came into contact with five staff members....only two of them displayed anything remotely close to human compassion. The "manager" is a joke...the guy pulled me aside to let me know I would not be helped...at 4:30.... because no one would be available...the nurse had to go. He then proceeded to almost shame me for bringing my child in on a Friday at 3:30...there was almost no one there. I watched him make small talk with multiple members of his staff and overheard them discussing their equipment failing while attempting to do blood tests for other patients that day. AMAZING. After this experience I have more faith in science fiction than I do in the Florida Health Department. If you want to be treated like you truly don't matter by people who seem really miserable and less than capable...go warm a seat up in their waiting room. What a poor example of practicing medicine and #floridataxdollars being wasted by terrible management.

Just needed to pick up the rest of my prescription because the didn't have enough of it before, but it took well over 2 hours just to get sent through their system. And I was only the SECOND person in line as soon as they opened. Any time I have come to this one, it takes much longer than it should. GO TO THE CLEARWATER ONE. It is so much better and they actually know what they are doing.
