We are an incredibly busy professional couple and taking time off to come to this appointment was a complete waste of time.
That was a horrible experience and I am so sorry that I brought my husband here. The staff was catty and incompetent. I could hear them talking about us at the front desk and they were incredibly dismissive when we discussed our concerns. Worst of all the "office manager/team lead" started quoting incorrect Florida regulations and laws. I am a healthcare provider so spewing wrong information just doesn't work for me.
Staff is very professional and kind.
