I called the morning of my visit, it being my first, to make sure all was in order. After driving 40 min to get there, the receptionist told me that they couldn't accept the verification that they were my primary from Humana, and that I would have to come back later in the week with printed verification, which Humana couldn't provide either. This place is the antithesis of customer service, since according to Humana, the 'confirmation number' provided, which proves I made the change to them as my primary, is routinely accepted by doctors, and means that billing won't be a problem. Of course Humana is worthless for having this Dr on their approved list, and not being able to resolve this situation. But this doctor gets the dildo prize for not letting me know that I shouldn't come there in the first place. That and the wasted 2 hours of driving and phone calls is what really pissed me off. If they can't get something this routine and simple right, what happens when they actually treat you? Maybe things worked out for the best... no way I'll be back. They should shut the medical practice down and open a taco stand. What I think of the receptionist I'm better off keeping to myself....
Horrible doctor. Never takes time to see his patients. He refused to even come in to the hospital when i was placed in there for 16 days. All you ever see is his Medical Practitioners. The office staff is very rude to the elderly. I witnessed several times where they would talk down the the patients like they were children. The office is not very organized but owe them a dollar then they are on the phone with in a day. Dr Kinney needs to take a look at how other professional doctors run a business or close his business.
