All I can say is wow! I'm almost totally speechless! From the moment I called these guys until they left the was the most friendly, professional, reliable company I've ever had to hire. The dispatch girl was amazing and professional. The technician was very professional, friendly, and unbelievably knowledgeable. I couldn't believe it! They was very affordable and quick with there work. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. I will definitely be calling them back if I need additional plumbing work done! They failed to show up even after three different conversation in which they said they would be there. In two of the conversations, we were told that a plumber would call and tell us where he was. No calls, no show!!!
Hired them to fix a small leak in my faucet. They have been out 6 times and issue is still not resolved. On 3 different occasions they promised to be out and never showed. I found them through Home Advisors and Home Advisors is having to step in and help me resolve the issue.
Very unsatisfied.
Hired to do work on 2 of my bathrooms. Worker came out one time and didn’t do job correctly. Have made a couple of appointments to have it fixed correctly-all of which have been no shows. Have tried calling. Voice mail indicates it’s full. Can’t even leave a message now.
