I gotta say having WiFi here is a huge plus and the owners present to resolve you issue is super helpful. Fyi their air conditioner actually works, haha.
I've owned a laundromat in the past and I have to say it's super clean! The people working at the establishment are constantly cleaning and the atmosphere here is super relaxing.
Save your money go elsewhere if you have the option
If you're feed up washing your clothing at a coin laundromat that doesn't have a present staff then this is the place!
I was so surprised when I came here! My washer at my condo typically breaks down often and so when I am in need of washing, I found this little niche. It's a mom and pop shop that focuses heavily on cleanliness. The owners or their employees (it seems) are always cleaning whenever I do come. It's a bit festive in here, I spoke to the owner once and she says that she loves Christmas and nature and so that's the theme of her store. One year for thanksgiving, she invited me to her annual appreciation feast at her store that they throw for customers. I couldn't make it but maybe next year. The machines are always running efficiently and spacious. The gentleman is extremely funny and the lady is a bit on the dry humour side. I like coming here and hearing their stories.
They seem very self centered and Jewish despite being Oriental. They keep it clean but so do all the others I've been to in the area.
Close to my house, better prices on the machines than other local places, plenty of washers in various sizes... The only problems I've experienced were too many dryers "out of order" and if there are alot of other customers, it can be hard to get multiple dryers near each other which can make keeping up with your clothes confusing. Also- the lady who cleans the machines seems to like to do so during the busiest times (afternoons) and she can come across as rude when you try to use machines near where she is cleaning... All in all it's a good place and we go there every week to do our laundry.
Dryers need maintenance. Clothes are never dry unless I put $4 in. Ceiling is caving in with water damage.
I don't understand half these comments condemning this place because of the bathroom policy. I bet half these people aren't even customers, haha! funny thing is if you're washing your clothes here you'd already know where the key is located. Wouldn't you the customer prefer a private bathroom, rather than a public one.
I've had some pants destroyed by their equipment and wasn't even offered a free wash or dry.
I love coming here. Great place, always sniling helpful staff who is there all the time. Clean, efficient, convenient. Go here constantly and have had nothing but good experiences.
