I asked Ben at Arnolds Jewelers if he could find me a hard to get watch. He said he would try. The next day he called and said he had found the watch. I told him I would like to see it. On their dime they had the watch sent to them on memo. Long story short, loved the watch, purchased it below market value, Will never use any other jeweler and they have gained a customer for life. Will definitely return for Christmas Gifts.
I have not had the opportunity in which to visit the actual store location which I have just found out is not at all very far from me, but I imagine it would be a dream. A wonderland full array of the highest quality of Exquisite, rare Antique and Fine vintage items.

I cannot say enough great things about Arnold's. Their friendly service and beautiful jewelry keep me coming back but my most recent experience designing a unique and sentimental ring was amazing. Chris took a lot of time over many weeks to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Wong does a fabulous job and helped explain how the setting would look as well as designed two separate waxes of the ring ahead of time so I could picture how the finished piece would be. My new ring is absolutely stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around. A special thanks to Chris and everyone else at Arnold's Jewelers. You are awesome!
I have personally known Raymond for about 23 years now. This is a family-owned-and-operated business where you can always expect complete honesty. I don't go on here recommending businesses very often and Raymond does not even advertise on my buy sell trade page. However, people are always asking me where to sell gold, jewelry, or watches. Many people make the mistake of going to Silver Queen. They're not a bad business they will not be as fair with you and you cannot always count on complete honesty. You will never walk out of Raymond Arnold having been taking advantage of or being left on educated about what you brought to him. The staff is well-trained and though you may or may not have the rare opportunity to meet Mr Arnold himself his children and his sister and other family members are there and you can always count on the best service, and complete satisfaction every time.
I got totally taken here today. I've bought large amounts of silver and some gold here. And today I sold a 1899 5 ruble gold coin for 150 dollars. I bought it not more than maybe 6 months ago for 235 dollars... very sad and I won't be back... Do not do business with thrr owner Ray or Duffy as his family calls him.
Their prices are unreal for the quality. I am surprised every time. As I know how hard it is to find online items that when received match the picture as so many people fluff up the image with filters and stuff like that.
Over the last 25 years as I was growing my businesses and running all over the place Raymond Arnold was steadfast in building his future for his family, going from pawn shop where I used to buy and sell gold from time to time... to one of the most top notch jewelry stores I have ever encountered. Raymond Arnold deals in high end new and vintage jewellery, watches, Rolex, high-end diamonds, coins, and so much more. He and his family have been wonderful to me and mine over the years and I'm just putting this up today as a thank you for no other reason than it just crossed my mind.
On 11/23 I went back to purchase the gold coin I sold and was not greeted and told that "I am not welcome in his store" by the owner. And then asked to leave rudely with him hovering over me. Why am I being treated like this when I never did anything to deserve it? I'll just let the truth of this speak for itself To any prospective customer.
