So here is my experience in this store the first time I have ever been there so I bought a item in another Lowes in another city it was a 12 dollar item and some change as I walk in the store I see that the lady behind the counter might be a little slower at her job and the line is big so I decided to shop for some dumb small stuff and come back when the line is shorter I do and hour or so later I come back and I thought no one was in line but I missed one guy so after he was done it's my turn to be tortured .....and how so well let me tell you so I hand her the item and receipt she starts the process and what goes wrong well all this happened while other people start stacking up behind me .....and walk back and forth trying to figure out if they want to wait they can also see how it's going with the employed behind the counter so ....back to it she tries over and over to enter it and she can't read the date it was with in 6 months but we all know about today's crappy receipts fade in the sun ........ so about 15 times later i asked her to stop trying and just do it with out it since I had items (I'm not getting it back anyway and I want the upset people behind me to have there terror chance ) so instead she ask another employee to try about 5 or six times later he gets it right and it works so (THE REALLY GOOD PART )......... she hands me the change and SHUTS HER DRAWER and rings up the other items never handing me the 13 dollars in cash back it was like 12.89 so plus the tax it was like 13.26 I don't know so (ME BEING A SMART PERSON I THINK SHE MIGHT BE SMART ALSO NOPE NOT GOING TO BE SO ) she rings me up and tells me the total and I give her cash and say so with the 13 dollars I owe u this ......and she argues with me and says NO I gave you the change so I pull my pockets out inside out and show her 250 in 20s and a 10 and one dollar bill so she and her manger think it's a good idea to treat me like a crook and tell me they have to count the DRAWER down like I'm pulling a fast one so manger starts to walk up and I start to express not liking how I'm being treated and what does a normal person do not this she slams the receipt down on the counter in front of me and rolls her eyes and stomps off to count the DRAWER down so I'm now being held captive against my will over 13 dollars then guy comes out of the office not the manger and says what you owed 13 dollars here NO apology NO ... so I call corpate they send the message of what happens and the guy because I have tattoos thinks I'm dumb and I Remember step by step how it goes and the camera's don't lie so I laugh then got a little upset well maybe little more than that I have some joker trying to lie to me and down play the actions of what happened like I'm a jerk and I deserved (the customer ) to be treated like that what a bunch of jerks that work there I'll never shop there or at another Lowes!!! And no one I know will as long as I know about it they ALSO NEVER CAME UP WITH A PROPER WAY TO SAY SORRY EITHER OR MAKE UP FOR ME FEELING LIKE A LOW LIFE SCUMBAG TO BE THERE CUSTOMER !!!!

We really enjoy coming to this store, but our last experience was truly exceptional. We came to buy a fridge and dishwasher and we can't thank enough Mr. Ali, who works there, for being so patient, knowledgeable and going above and beyond to exceed our expectations!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst business ever. Spent tens of thousands in installed sales and appliances, every project was done wrong and had to be redone or fixed by someone else. Couldn't even install a washer without it leaking and flooding the room - did they reimburse for cleanup or for the Plummer to fix their mess up? No. Toilets installed leaked and had to be reinstalled twice. Water heater installed leaked. The list of stuff they botched goes on and on. We were even billed for items we didn't buy or receive since they never delivered them - took over 6 months to resolve credit card charge disputes with countless calls to departments where no one knew what they were doing. Employees are incompetent morons and don't care about anything. Perfect example of corporate gone wrong.

I can always count on great service, especially in the garden department. There's a very knowledgeable young man (Big Nick) in the garden department and anytime I have a question about potting plants or different soil or mulch, he takes his time explaining things. He has never steered me wrong. I can honestly say that this Lowes is so much better than any of the Home Depots I have been in. Thank you Lowes!

The kindness and compassion for the customers is outstanding! You enabled me to protect our home and my family, and we are grateful to each one of you!
