After several disappointing experiences we'd had with other local dealers, my wife and I were very frustrated and skeptical about our chances of finding the car we needed. Meeting Jerry and Lidija, we were immediately put at ease by their honesty, lack of hype and patience in working with us. We found a great car, a 2008 VW Passat Turbo, with very low miles, which fit their website description of "looks, feels and drives like new" to a tee, at a very fair price. As their website states, there are no hidden fees, most notably the infamous "dealer fee" markup that always gets added to the "internet price". When a couple of minor issues came up on the day of pickup, Jerry took care of them instantly, making sure everything was done properly. We've been very happy with the car, and would highly recommend CarPros to anyone who wants to avoid the usual hassles of used car dealerships. These folks were the nicest people I have ever dealt with for a car. Totally up front and honest. Love the mom and pop feel. I got a great deal and at a larger dealership I would have paid double. I was always hesitant at going to a small place but not anymore. Didn't have to worry about them selling me extra stuff that I didn't need and they showed me all of the work that was done to the car after they got it and before they sold it to me.
My First Buying experience, They are a family owned business that have a welcoming atmosphere. Before I test drove the vehicle the owner asked me while pointing at the sticker on the car "are you ready to pay this , i know this is a good deal and my price is firm" , I have shopped around for a month and knew it was a good deal as well. The Price you see is the price you pay excluding what the government tax and tag fees that you have to pay NO MATTER WHAT. Any one going to purchase a car should know this anyways. Will always recommend this dealer and when I go to look for my next car I will be contacting them first.
